Meat Masala
Ingredients:
Beaf/Mutton - 1kg
Onion sliced - 1 cup
Garlic - 5 pieces
Ginger - 1 piece
Tomato - 2
Curry leaf - 3 stems
Oil - 1/2 cup
Nirapara Silky Meat Masala - 4 tbsp
Method: Fry onion, ginger, tomato, curry leaf and Nirapara Silky Meat Masala. Add meat pieces and half fry. Add salt and water, cook till done.
