Chicken Masala
- Chicken - 1 kg
- Onion - 1
- Tomato - 1
- Garlic - 1 pod
- Green chilli - 2
- Curry leaf - 1 stem
- Ginger - 1 piece
- Nirapara Silky Chicken Masala - 5 tbsp
Method:
Fry tomato, onion, ginger, garlic, curry leaf and green chilli. Add Nirapara Silky Chicken Masala and Chicken pieces and half fry. Add salt and water and cook.(Add coconut milk or fried coconut for taste.)
